Policy board votes to move to quarterly meetings and defer leadership election to January
Summary

The chair then proposed deferring the board leadership election until January so new commissioners and committee assignments can be settled. A motion to defer the election until January was made, seconded and approved by voice vote; the chair said she was willing to continue in the role until the deferred election.
