The board also approved CM3 HVAC inspection/maintenance services ($10,264) and Underwood Engineering for construction testing ($3,500) for the SCVTS addition and renovation project.
Business‑office staff explained that some contracts are renewals or extensions (Waste Management recycling/waste services extension was recommended) and that certain technology costs would be partially reimbursable through e‑rate (CorePoint wireless upgrades were noted to be approximately 60% reimbursable). The slate of contracts was approved by roll‑call vote.
