A resident, Patty Black, asked whether the roadway would be five lanes down to Fox Meadow or transition to three lanes. Staff clarified that the current plans call for a five‑lane cross section from Parker Road to Latterette, then a transition to a three‑lane section south to Glen’s Place, with a 10‑foot side path continuing to Fox Meadow.
The committee voted to forward Resolution 26,068 to full council for formal approval and contract execution.
