The Castle Pines Urban Renewal Authority opened nominations at 5:32 p.m. on Sept. 3 for its annual officer elections. Members nominated Greg Anderson for chair and Ingerman (the incumbent) also accepted a nomination; the chair indicated the position would be decided by acclamation and no formal roll-call vote was required. The board then opened nominations for vice chair, nominated Greg (last name transcribed inconsistently), and with one nominee the vice chair accepted and no vote was required.
The chair and vice chair elections followed the Authority’s bylaws requiring annual selection contemporaneous with the Authority’s formation. No formal roll-call vote tallies were recorded in the meeting transcript; the chair closed nominations and reported the officers had been selected.
The meeting proceeded to business after the officer selections.
