The Middletown Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Agency on Oct. 2 tabled consideration of a proposed 70,000-square-foot office and warehouse located in the Upland Review area at Middle Street (Matt Lot 01-0075), at the applicant’s request.
Jim read an email received Sept. 30 from the applicant’s representatives (Eric Kelleri LLC and agent Gary Desharsch/Levesque Associates) asking for an extension to prepare an engineered revised site plan and drainage analysis. Staff recommended placing the matter on the agency’s Nov. 6 agenda to allow time for the revised materials.
On a voice vote the agency agreed to table the item to Nov. 6. The applicant will submit a revised engineered site plan and drainage analysis before that meeting, according to the request. The agency recorded the request and the decision to schedule the application for the November 6 agenda.
