On finance and transparency, council members asked about the ERP system rollout and makerspace project. The manager said the city is in the implementation and testing phase of the Gravity ERP/reporting software and that once integrated it will produce automated, consolidated project reporting that staff can tailor for different levels of public and council detail. The manager suggested the makerspace will require full council discussion at the retreat because there are outstanding decision points.
Council members asked for clearer public access to some financial reports and requested departmental participation at future meetings when detailed questions arise. The manager agreed to follow up.
