Commission closes Barnum Real Estate daycare hearing and moves application to old business

Steve Sullivan of CCA Engineers said the applicant submitted revised plans responding to engineering and planning staff comments, added engineering notes and increased a fence along the side property line from 4 feet to 6 feet. He also said the fire marshal had no issues with the proposal. Jenna Framinger confirmed most staff comments had been submitted and identified two outstanding technical matters related to variances, the septic plan and the well; she said none were showstoppers.
Commissioners spoke in favor of approval in principle and asked staff to include any outstanding items as conditions in the draft resolution or decision document. Commissioner Helen said she would move for approval once conditions are documented, and Commissioner Kyocchio and Commissioner Sylvain expressed support. Clerk confirmed staff had guidance to prepare the matter for a future action item.
Next steps: the commission moved the application into Old Business for final consideration and for staff to include outstanding conditions in any resolution or decision document.
