Flowood board approves change orders and final payments for Liberty Park and Hogg Creek projects

The board also approved Number 18 final pay request in the amount of $5,556.70. Alderman Deron Harmon moved to approve these items; Alderman Kathy Smith seconded and the motions passed unanimously.
