Peter Buzade elected Danbury City council president at special meeting

The council also adopted two related resolutions by voice vote. Council member Peter Buzade moved to "receive the communication to adopt the guidelines for special meetings," and the motion to adopt the regular meeting schedule was seconded by Councilwoman Gartner and approved. A separate resolution adopting guidelines for special meetings was moved by Councilwoman Gartner (transcript also spells this name "Gardner" in one place) and seconded by Diane Lapine; the council approved that resolution as well.
