Council approves expanded lease for Middletown CrossFit at Keating Historic Enterprise Park

Councilman Kovac (S17) moved the amendment (item 10g) and the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The measure authorizes the mayor to sign all documents necessary to implement the amended lease, subject to review and approval by the office of general counsel as to form and content.
The lease amendment was first noticed during the public hearing and the clerk read the legal notice into the record; there were no public objections to this item during the hearing. The council recorded no roll-call tally for this vote; it was carried by voice.
