The first was a prefabricated, all-concrete restroom for Creekbound Park that includes four individual single-stall bathrooms. Planning & Zoning said the manufacturer agreed to move doors so parents can see children entering and exiting; construction was estimated at five to seven months, targeting late fall to early winter.
The second approval was a park ID sign for Kleckner, using the same design as Central Park, to be located on the corner of Greensburg and Thursby Road. Board members and staff discussed whether to add a smaller advance sign or an 'exit only' marker at the nearby driveway to reduce driver confusion at the entrance.
Planning & Zoning described the Kleckner installation as standard, with a potential tree relocation noted, and said staff will reassess nearby wayfinding when Collector Park signs are installed. No formal objections were recorded at the Board meeting.
