The board discussed proposed installation locations, a $150,000 traffic‑calming budget line, and whether the homeowners association should assume ongoing cloud‑service costs and offset them with covenant fine revenues collected by PSGRC. On a motion by Bob Schultz, seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, the board approved the AV‑Tech estimates and the related cloud‑service authorization, recorded in the minutes as approved "with all in favor." The minutes note the mobile unit proposal separately priced at about $25,000 and the $74,000 estimate for three permanent signs detailed in the packet; the combined approved total was recorded at $105,000.
