Public Safety committee moves to forgo hearings on two liquor‑license transfers

Chair Mr. Davidis said staff and the sheriff’s office were contacted and reported no issues with the transfers: TMP4773 would transfer a license to Kittles Brick Oven Pub LLC at 3700 Massillon Road, Suite 220; TMP4790 would transfer the license for the Green GetGo location (Corporate Woods Circle). Committee members indicated no objections and the committee will ask council not to schedule hearings on the items.
The State Liquor Control Board issues and records the licenses; the committee’s action means the council will proceed without requesting local hearings.
