Rio Rancho highlights Juneteenth program and outlines July 4 Campus Park celebration

Connie also noted a traveling museum exhibition at the Loma Colorado Library (July 1–Sept. 12) tied to the U.S. 250th anniversary and invited commissioners to serve as parade float judges. Staff said the city is participating in statewide 250th activities and will mention that participation during July 4 programming.
Commissioners praised recent programming at the Skyroom, and one commissioner congratulated Dr. Lisa Leeding on a nomination for a 250‑anniversary recognition. Staff encouraged volunteer support for events and noted ongoing summer programming across community centers.
