The motion to memorialize the denial was made by Sam Kates and seconded by Alise Panitch; the transcript reports affirmative votes by Ed Rentezelas, Earle Seneres, Jill Hulnick, Sam Kates, Marlyn Kalitan, Alise Panitch and Christopher Callan (unanimous). The denial was memorialized.
Subaru of Cherry Hill — site-plan extension (22-P-0047): The board memorialized a one-year extension of preliminary and final major site-plan approvals for the proposed Subaru of Cherry Hill dealership at 2235 Route 70 West, extending approvals to Aug. 8, 2027. Planning staff and the solicitor explained the extension criteria were met; Sam Kates moved to memorialize the resolution and Alise Panitch seconded. The vote was recorded unanimous in favor.
These resolutions were taken after the board completed the hearing on the Sawmill shopping-center sign application; the meeting adjourned at 9:54 p.m.
