Board approves residential addition at 39 Muirfield Lane

Mrs Jaworski observed that windows on the rear and side elevations lacked mullions; Mr Fendler said the team intended to match the existing window style to preserve views.
There was no public comment. Mrs Benes moved to recommend approval and Mrs Salthouse seconded. The Board took a voice vote and unanimously recommended approval and authorized a building permit once requirements of applicable codes and ordinances are satisfied.
