Brooke Bailey of Fischer Homes presented a proposed new residence at 12327 Wildlife Trail. Board members said the design was too similar to a previously approved house and pressed the builder to change elements of the front elevation, particularly the cedar post entrance and overall lack of depth in the facade.
Mrs Proost specifically asked where additional elevations were; Ms Bailey said they were not provided because the home is sold but said she would consult the architect. Mrs Jaworski said the front appeared flat; Ms Bailey said the builder had raised the brick height on other models and suggested options such as stone sills or waterfall corners to add depth.
Chairman Hughes called for public comment; there was none. To allow the architect time to revise the entrance and provide additional elevations, Mrs Proost moved to continue the application to the June meeting; Mrs Salthouse seconded and the motion carried on a voice vote.
