Counsel indicated appointment and discussions about evaluation and filings; the court directed counsel to coordinate and scheduled a bond hearing to allow the state time to present evidence if necessary.
The defendant objected during argument that he had not seen discovery or video evidence; the judge ordered counsel to bring the media and reset the case to allow the defendant an opportunity to review the material before deciding how to proceed. The two‑week setting gives defense counsel time to file the motion for bond reduction and for the state to prepare any response or witnesses for the hearing.
