Committee members also said commissioners who do not wish to continue their service can submit resignation letters and vacancies will be filled through the usual appointment process.
The committee recorded the extension discussion for the public record and indicated the extension will be memorialized in a board letter and included with the other actions the committee forwarded to the full Board for approval.
