Jill Keith, who said she serves on the Eastern Regional Tourism Board, urged the board to add goals and benchmarks to the district’s joint Strategic Plan with the town, calling the current draft too much like a working draft; Dr. Seitsinger replied that goals and benchmarks will be added and described the document as evergreen.
