Summary
During old business the commission accepted a Tighe & Bond letter regarding Lovie's Farm, removed language about redirecting a watercourse from a prior cease‑and‑desist letter, kept the cease‑and‑desist in place and directed Mr. Mitchell to file a permit for wooden pallets.

At the same meeting the commission addressed an amended ruling and correspondence from consultant Tighe & Bond about Lovie's Farm on Randolph Road. Staff read the letter and summarized the consultant's findings on a prior water diversion and pallet placement.
A commissioner moved to remove the wording in the existing cease‑and‑desist letter that referenced redirecting the watercourse while leaving the cease‑and‑desist order itself intact, and to require Mr. Mitchell to submit a permit application for placement of wooden pallets. The motion was seconded and carried on a voice vote.
Staff said the commission will send Mr. Mitchell a revised letter reflecting the change and that the requirement to file a permit for the pallets remains in effect.
