The Howard County Alcohol Beverage Hearing Board approved a new Class B beer and wine license for Forever Primo LLC, which operates Go Primo New York Pizza Company, after owner Milad Araghi described planned safeguards and community ties.
Araghi said he has operated the business in Howard County since 2013, has owned it for about four years and plans to offer a limited selection of beer and light wine to complement food; he estimated alcohol would represent about 10–15% of sales. He confirmed AM and staff certification, explained that alcohol will be kept locked and that off‑sale (sealed container) sales will only be allowed when customers also purchase food. "I would say 10, 15 at the most," Araghi said of expected alcohol sales.
Commissioners confirmed that off‑sale sales require sealed containers and a food purchase; they also asked about inventory procedures and wholesaler sourcing. After deliberation, the board moved to approve the license; Araghi waived his right to appeal.
