Miss Smetle told commissioners that staff does not yet have a formal application to review and that the exclusive negotiating agreement begins a process of negotiations and preliminary work that will culminate in an entitlement package returning to the Planning Commission. “We do not have an application at this time,” she said, and indicated the overall process is expected to take about a year.
Staff said it would provide input and updates to the Commission as negotiations proceed and when a formal entitlement package is submitted. No public comments or project details were provided at this meeting.
