During public comment earlier in the meeting, resident Frances Babb raised concerns about solar installations and architectural review; City Attorney Patrick Butler then clarified that Bill No. 0578 changes only the number of board members and does not amend the review process for solar panels.
The roll-call vote to approve the ordinance was recorded as: Yes — Jeff Schweig, Andrew Low, Brock MacDonald, Courtney Birkel, Lin Midyett and Tracy Nuelle. Mayor Sue McNamara declared Bill No. 0578 passed.
