Warren Hills board accepts resignations, approves appointments, volunteers and staff travel

The Warren Hills Regional Board of Education on March 18 approved Personnel motions I.1 through I.3 covering appointments, resignations and travel.
The board accepted Jennifer Giamoni’s resignation as SAGA advisor (resignation effective March 12, 2025) and approved Margaret Devine as the SAGA advisor through June 30, 2025. The board also accepted the retirement of teacher David Rader, effective July 1, 2025. Several volunteers and observations were approved, including Glenn Mayer (golf volunteer), Ryan Spender (baseball volunteer) and Samantha Lopez (observation, five hours under the supervision of C. Kavcak, C. Flowers and Warren County Community College).
The board approved staff travel and conference requests, including NJABA conference registration for A. Stettner ($150 + mileage), Holocaust and genocide education training for K. Dennison, AP PC Summer Institute registration for A. Makoski ($950 plus lodging), and other professional-development webinars and regional conferences. Lisa Marshall moved the personnel motion; Jean Hansen seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
