"It is an honor to be considered for this appointment," Jeff Bond told the council after being introduced. He said he looks forward to working with staff and keeping momentum on the department's projects.
Council Member Long moved the appointment; the Vice Mayor seconded. The council recorded unanimous approval. Staff identified a maximum pay rate of $106.86 per hour for up to 960 hours per fiscal year as part of the interim arrangement.
