San Juan Capistrano council votes to support bills tightening nitrous‑oxide sales and strengthening e‑bike rules

"They're all geared towards safety of young people in our communities," Hart said in introducing the item. After brief discussion there were no public speakers on this item. The council moved to support the three bills; the motion carried with recorded yes votes and one abstention from the dais.
