Patty Hammond presented a community survey prepared by Brianna Candelaria on behalf of the Planning Commission at the Sharpsburg Mayor and Council work session on Sept. 29, 2025.
Hammond asked for the Council’s and staff’s help distributing the survey so the Planning Commission can gather input to support the town’s Comprehensive Plan. Council members directed staff to place the matter on the October regular meeting agenda for further discussion about distribution and implementation.
No formal resolution or budget allocation was made at the work session; Council will consider next steps, including distribution methods and a timeline, at the October meeting.
