Corinne Monahan moved to accept the minutes from the March 9, 2026 and March 20, 2026 meetings; the motion was seconded by Barbara Searle. Roll-call votes recorded Pat Decker Yes, Barbara Searle Yes, Margaret Lyne Abstain, Corinne Monahan Yes and Bob McCarthy Yes. The motion to approve the minutes passed (4 yes, 0 no, 1 abstain).
Barbara Searle moved to dissolve the Director of Senior Services Search Subcommittee on the grounds that its purpose had been fulfilled; the motion was seconded by Margaret Lyne. A roll-call vote recorded unanimous approval by the five members present. The vote dissolved the subcommittee effective at the close of the meeting.
Margaret Lyne then moved to adjourn; Barbara Searle seconded. The vote to adjourn was unanimous and the meeting ended at 9:25 a.m. The minutes were signed and the record notes approval on 6/25/2026.
