The board also approved recommendations including Emily Wagner (English Department Head), multiple substitute teachers and support staff, and volunteers for elementary basketball. ‘‘Mrs. Wilson made a motion to approve Personnel Resignations, Recommendations, and Volunteers and Mrs. Hannon seconded the motion. Motion carried,’’ the minutes state.
On the budget, Mr. Parkman moved to approve the 2022 budget as presented; Mrs. Wilson seconded and the motion carried. The minutes record the approval but do not include a vote tally or detail line-item changes.
The board also approved an addendum to the school nurse's contract after a motion by Mrs. Wilson with Parkman seconding, and approved a snow-removal contract with Signature Lawns following a motion by Vicki Hannon and a second by Mrs. Wilson. Finally, the financial reports were approved on a motion by Mrs. Wilson, seconded by Mrs. Hannon; the recorded motion language in the minutes is ‘‘Motion carried.’’
