Board honors August Senior of the Month and staff of the year
Summary
The board recognized Yabogan Blanche Kudau (referred to at times as Blanche Padalu) as August Senior of the Month and presented teacher and staff of the year awards across schools; family members joined for photos and a memorial presentation was given for a staff member named Janet.

Speaker 5 introduced the August Senior of the Month: "Our August senior of the month is Yabogan Blanche Kudau," and described her academic interests (biology, piano), success in dual-enrollment U.S. history and western civilization, leadership as soccer captain and involvement in many extracurriculars. Family members were invited forward for photographs and congratulations.
Speaker 1 then called teachers and staff of the year by school and invited recipients to come forward for a group photo. The board also honored the memory of a longtime staff member, Janet, with remarks from Speaker 2 and presentation of a commemorative box to her spouse.
