NC House approves adjournment to reconvene March 9 under Senate joint resolution 776

The adjournment motion was made "pursuant to Senate joint resolution 776" (the transcript rendered the citation as "7 76"). The motion was moved by Representative Penny and seconded by Representative Scott; the presiding officer declared, "the ayes have it," and the House stood adjourned.
