- Bills and payrolls: council adopted the bills and claims list totaling $3,327,339.24 and approved payrolls (examples listed: $2,450,597.82 for March 21 payroll and $2,335,799.34 for April 4 payroll) (SEG 107–113).
Other procurement and approvals
The council also awarded professional service contracts for special investigation counsel and expanded litigation counsel authorizations (not‑to‑exceed amounts listed in resolutions), vehicle purchases through a cooperative (Class 4‑8 trucks), and other operational spending items recorded on the consent agenda.
