Jackson County schools honor students, championship teams and club service at March board meeting

Beta Club sponsor Dr. Ash introduced club officers; Beta Club president Alexandra said, “Beta club is a service club that we do to, like, to help the our community,” and described recent service activities including sock donations and kindness grams to hospital patients.
The board also recognized athletic achievements: administrators named Mason Smith and other wrestlers and divers as state champions and noted the Jackson County Panthers football team finished 11–2 and won the region championship. The district announced its spelling bee winners and All‑State chorus and band participants from multiple schools.
