City Administrator Tonya Willim indicated the consultant’s report was included in the meeting packet and offered staff support for next steps; council discussion did not identify further amendments. The resolution’s adoption places the Master Plan in effect as an advisory framework for city staff and boards when prioritizing park projects and maintenance.
