Lake Como council adopts zoning-map amendment and approves emergency, hazard and administrative resolutions

The ordinance, offered by Councilman Douglas Witte and seconded by Councilwoman Heather Albala-Doyle, drew no public comment and passed on a roll call vote of Yes: Witte, Scull, Ventrice and Albala-Doyle; No: none; Abstain: none. The minutes do not specify the substantive changes to the borough zoning map.
Councilmembers also approved the following resolutions by roll call (all votes Yes from Witte, Scull, Ventrice and Albala-Doyle; Councilmen Christopher D'Antuono and Nicholas DeMauro were absent): Resolution 2025-123, Adopting Emergency Operation Plan; Resolution 2025-124, Adopting Hazard Mitigation Plan; Resolution 2025-125, Executive Session; Resolution 2025-126, Payment of Bills; and Resolution 2025-127, Appointing Labor and Employment Attorney. Each resolution was introduced by the councilmember listed in the minutes and carried without recorded opposition.
