"We need to authorize that Tuesday," the Chair said about hiring the electrician to do the load study so bid specs can follow.
Staff discussed potential locations to site a newer, more efficient natural‑gas generator and the logistics of moving the larger existing unit to another county facility once a replacement is in place. Commissioners emphasized having an on‑site electrical assessment to calculate breaker sizes and kW requirements before issuing a public bid.
