A resident asked about funding sources; staff replied that ACAT and state/federal funds are likely sources and that project costs will depend on project type and size. Another resident urged attention to lighting and urban lighting design for intersections as part of safety improvements.
Council approved both resolutions by voice/hand raise. Staff said adopting the plans positions the city to compete for grant funding and clarify next steps for implementation work with partner agencies.
