Rolla City Board of Adjustment approves minutes, elects chair and vice-chair

At its Jan. 23 meeting the Rolla City Board of Adjustment unanimously approved Nov. 2, 2023 minutes and elected Matt Crowell chair and Matt Miller vice-chair; both elections were made by motion and passed without recorded opposition.
The Rolla City Board of Adjustment on Jan. 23 voted to approve the minutes from its Nov. 2, 2023 meeting and elected officers for the board.
Jonathan Hines moved and John Meusch seconded a motion to approve the Nov. 2, 2023 minutes; the motion passed unanimously. Later, Hines moved to nominate Matt Crowell as chair and then moved to nominate Matt Miller as vice-chair; both nominations were approved unanimously.
Having completed those items and the public hearing on case VZ24-02, the board adjourned at 6:31 p.m. Cindy Brown prepared the minutes and the board's next meeting is scheduled for Feb. 20, 2025.
