The Merrimac Conservation Commission unanimously approved an Order of Conditions on Aug. 25, 2024, for installation of a septic system at 142 River Rd., after reviewing the Notice and project plans with the applicants present.
Applicants Christensen and Sharon Ferrant attended the hearing; the commission reviewed plans and found no comments from the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) recorded in the minutes. Conditions discussed and attached to the Order included installation of an erosion‑control sock to be inspected after installation and the commission’s standard permit conditions.
