Commissioners asked about cul‑de‑sac length, snow‑removal logistics, sidewalk and fire access; the petitioner said the plan will meet applicable standards and that private road/association maintenance questions will be addressed in subsequent applications.
The workshop produced informal direction for the petitioner to refine design, provide more detailed cross sections and return with full engineering and annexation materials when ready.
