The Stonegate Village Metropolitan District Board of Directors met March 18, 2026, in Parker and approved the meeting agenda, the Jan. 21 minutes and the January–February claims and financial reports by general consent.
Cathy Hamilton of Simmons Wheeler presented the claims and financial reports for January and February 2026 and recommended approval of all claims; the board approved them without recorded roll-call votes. The board also reviewed an engineering report from Scott Barnett of Mulhern MRE and an operations report from Ger Whelan of CWS; neither report prompted questions from board members.
SVMD Landscape Manager Charlie Wenger reviewed the district's March landscape report and the Keesen Maintenance Checklist. Wenger told the board the irrigation system is scheduled to be activated on March 31, 2026, and said he will provide pricing for shade structures for two small parks. No formal procurement or capital allocation was recorded at this meeting; the pricing information will inform future decisions.
The board briefly discussed an employee handbook and chose to table further discussion until the next regular meeting. The next regular meeting is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. April 15, 2026, at 10326 Stonegate Parkway, Parker, Colorado. The meeting adjourned at 4:39 p.m.
Meeting minutes were submitted by Channing Odell, Secretary.
