The Stonegate Village Metropolitan District Board of Directors approved the May 20 agenda and the April 15, 2026 meeting minutes by general consent and accepted the April 2026 claims and financial reports after a presentation by Cathy Hamilton of Simmons Wheeler.
Cathy Hamilton presented the April claims and recommended approval; the minutes record that the financial reports were approved by general consent. The Board also received an engineering update from Scott Barnett of Mulhern MRE, reviewed the 2026 operations report and examined the Keesen maintenance checklist and landscape report without raising questions.
The Board set its next regular meeting for 3:00 p.m. on July 15, 2026, at 10326 Stonegate Parkway and adjourned at 4:30 p.m. The minutes were submitted by Secretary Channing Odell.
