Board discusses code of conduct enforcement, sports banquet format and family inclusion

The chair suggested inviting the Sports Boosters Club to operations committee in April to discuss funding and whether families could be more included; a board member offered to reach out and place the item on that committee agenda.
The chair flagged that the district's code of conduct is not being enforced consistently and said the board will continue review and incorporate suggestions from staff who work daily with disciplinary systems. Board members acknowledged the need to refine implementation and follow up at future meetings.
