The Rolla City Council adopted Ordinance 4840 on Jan. 21, authorizing the mayor to execute amendment No.1 with Lochmueller Group Inc. for professional services to design intersection improvements at 18th/Old St. James/Bardsley (Project No. 528). City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus read the ordinance on final reading. Councilman Steve Jackson moved to approve and Councilwoman Megan Johnson seconded. The roll call vote recorded 10 Ayes and 1 Nay (Victoria Steen). The ordinance was approved and the Public Works Department is authorized to proceed with the design and right‑of‑way planning as described in the amendment.
