- Resolution 2026-14 (Wells and booster pump): Council authorized solicitation of proposals for inspections, testing and repair services for 12 groundwater wells and one booster pump station to provide an on-call vendor for quicker response; staff said typical on-call contracts are one to three years with renewal options. The motion carried by voice vote.
- Closed session motion: A council member moved that the council enter closed session under the RSMO provision cited in the meeting; the motion included a request that records and votes in closed session be closed and that the council would adjourn after the closed session. The council took a roll call vote and all present voted in favor.
