Oscoda airport named potential FEMA staging hub; terminal grant pursuit noted

Mr. Palmer later issued a clarifying statement (recorded in the minutes) saying the designation does not mean trailers or equipment are currently arriving at the airport; it is a potential staging location to be used only in the event of a regional emergency.
