We're gonna find a checklist, and we're gonna decide what's the best checklist, what's the most comprehensive checklist." Members agreed the committee should note that digital standards will change in April 2027 and call that out in the final report.
The committee also flagged the Connecticut state library handbook as a stringent reference and discussed matching‑fund expectations for state construction grants.
