The Woodland Township Land Development Board voted on Nov. 12, 2024 to approve application 2024-2, granting a bulk variance for a proposed garage at 4028 Route 563 for applicants Corey and Travis Matera. The board approved the motion after finding the application complete and hearing no public comment.
Board Secretary Maryalice Brown swore in Mr. Matera, and Township planner Thomas Leisse reviewed the completeness letter and deemed the filing complete. The board opened the meeting to public comment; no speakers came forward and the public portion was closed.
Donna Mull moved to approve the variance; Thomas Getz seconded. The roll call vote recorded yes votes from Getz, Mark Herndon, Jody Meeks, Mull, Devin Daniels and Christopher Stopero. The motion carried and the variance was approved. Mike Huber and Jessie Estlow were recorded as absent; Stopero had earlier been sworn in and voted yes in this matter.
No formal conditions or follow‑up tasks were recorded in the minutes for the Matera application. The approved variance will allow the applicants to proceed with the proposed garage subject to any required permits from the township.
