The Hardin County Fiscal Court on March 10 approved routine business by unanimous roll call, cleared a consent agenda of contracts and financial transfers and dismissed a resolution related to E911 personnel after a closed‑session discussion.
Judge Hall opened the meeting and the court voted to approve the minutes from the Feb. 24, 2026 meeting after a motion was made and seconded. The roll call produced unanimous 'yes' votes and the motion carried.
The court then reviewed the consent agenda. Judge Hall described consent items that included Resolution 27 (financial transfers) and two intergovernmental support agreements: Resolution 28, approving the refuse contract for option year six of nine, and Resolution 29, approving ground maintenance for option year six of nine. A magistrate moved to approve the consent agenda; another seconded. A roll‑call vote recorded unanimous support and the consent agenda passed.
Earlier, the court had voted to enter a closed session under KRS 61.810(1)(f) — discussions that might lead to appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual employee; that motion likewise passed by roll call. After the closed session, Judge Hall said resolution 2026‑030 related to E911 personnel would be dismissed and would not be addressed at this meeting.
The court concluded routine business and adjourned. No additional public comment was recorded.
